The Titans' secondary has gone through some tumult in recent seasons, but Hooker has been one steady influence in the back end of the unit. Injuries are the downside of his profile, as he's played in no more than 14 games in any of the last four seasons. Nevertheless, Hooker has shown the consistent ability to influence the game both in coverage and in rush defense. He'll pair with Xavier Woods in 2025, and the duo should bring some stability to unit that sorely needs it.
