Oladejo began his collegiate career as a linebacker but shifted to an edge role in his final collegiate season at UCLA. He proved to be a quick study, as he racked up 13.5 tackles for loss and 4.5 sacks in 2024. That was enough to convince Tennessee to take him in the second round of the 2025 NFL Draft in an effort to enhance a defense that has lacked explosive pass rushers in recent years. Oladejo could begin his career as a part-time player, but it wouldn't be a surprise to see his role grow by season's end.
