Aldrick Rosas didnt even have a license bc of prior history w/DUIs yet was drinking & driving going 80-100 MPH on a regular road w/crosswalks/redlights/etc (not a freeway like Rice) & ran a red light & tboned someone at 80 MPH then fled the scene (then his truck broke down & he fled on foot).
