Kraft 2024 stats: -50 receptions (T-18th amongst TEs in 24) -707 yards (7th amongst TEs in 24) -7 TDs (T-4th amongst TEs in 24) -14.1 YPC (2nd amongst TEs in 24) -9.1 YAC (1st amongst all TEs since 18) -4.12 Targets per game (24th amongst TE’s in 24) -134.6 passer rating when targeted -Top 5 in missed tackles forced amongst TE’s in 24 You’ve got a guy who was high efficiency, relatively low usage, is locked into a TE1 role for the foreseeable future and has huge upside when it comes to big play potential or the ability to extend plays. I think it’s also fair to mention the likely regression coming in YAC but a number that high is hard to ignore. There are quite a few mouths to feed in Green Bay of course but I’d be shocked if he didn’t distance himself from one of either Wicks or Doubs (if not both) and I don’t think Golden’s deep threat ability will take away too much from the opportunities Kraft should get in the short or intermediate parts of the field. I think Green Bay knows what they have, that only good things can come from further utilizing Kraft’s ability and I’d be genuinely surprised if he doesn’t have a top 5 TE season!
