My team is obv great but I really lack in my qb depth. Is it worth to give up the rookie rb to secure a good qb3? Or try to find someone cheaper?

Our league has a rule that if you use your last pick on a rookie and you roster that rookie all year, you can keep him into future seasons. Most of the time it flops, but sometimes you hit (Alvin Kamara was an example; Bucky the most recent one).
So what typically undrafted rookie player do you think can turn into a surprise elite this year?

Travis Hunter IDP League.
Yo, I’m currently the commissioner of a 12 man PPR IDP league and need to understand if there’s a way to turn off Travis Hunters DB defensive points.
For the IDP, only DEs and DL active to be rostered and I have stats setup for tackling, sacks, INT and so on. The DB position limits are also turned off.
Travis Hunter has the WR and DB option listed by his name and is projected 360 (most out of any player).
Does anyone know how to turn off the DB defensive points?
