both are fine options and honestly you could consider Bucky and Jacobs too. I like Chase but that offense tends to start slow and can be inconsistent. They're pass first with a bad D so running opportunities will be diminished for Chase, but not enough to outright scare me.
Bucky for sure this year is going to be great.

I am in a 12 PPR keeper league. Three players drafted after the seventh round you can keep for three years. My first two keepers are Bowers for a six round pick Nacua for a 10th round pick.
For my third keeper I have to choose between
TJ Hockenson for an eighth round pick
CJ Stroud for an 11th round pick
Zak Charbonnet for a 13th round pick
At the 1.02 spot in a full PPR redraft
