Cappa's relationship with new Raiders GM John Spytek dates back to their days together in Tampa Bay when the Humboldt State product entered the league as a third-round pick in 2018, so it made sense for Cappa to sign a two-year, $11 million contract in Las Vegas this offseason. Cappa is likely the favorite to start at right guard across from Dylan Parham, though Jordan Meredith and rookie Caleb Rogers will battle for reps as well.
