Muasau had an inconsistent role in his rookie campaign but finished by starting New York's final five games, averaging 8.2 tackles per week during that stretch. Those starts coincided with Bobby Okereke missing that span of contests due to a back injury, however, and Muasau stands to return to a rotational and special-teams role in 2025 behind both Okereke and Micah McFadden. That said, an injury to either of the two starters could thrust Muasau into prominent defensive snaps again.
