Olszewski didn't play at all in 2024 due to a groin injury. Nonetheless, the Giants re-signed the veteran return specialist near the beginning of training camp after Bryce Ford-Wheaton suffered a season-ending Achilles injury. Olszewski has never caught more than five passes in an NFL regular season, as he's worked almost exclusively as a return specialist. That will likely be his role in 2025 as well, though Ihmir Smith-Marsette is expected to be the Giants' top kick and punt returner.
