Horn was modestly productive at Colorado during his final two collegiate seasons, catching 95 passes for 1,008 yards and seven touchdowns. However, his issues in contested-catch situations will likely carry over to the NFL given his 5-foot-8, 174-pound frame. He also joins an already packed Carolina WR room featuring Tetairoa McMillan, Xavier Legette, Adam Thielen and Jalen Coker. Horn's best chance to make the Panthers' roster likely comes as a return specialist in 2025.
