Cowing possesses breakaway speed (4.38 40-yard dash), but he would need to carve out a regular role in order to be relevant in fantasy. San Francisco parted ways with Deebo Samuel this past offseason, and Brandon Aiyuk could miss time out of the gate, so there is potential for Cowing to see an uptick in usage this season.
