After a three-year stint as Minnesota's No. 3 WR, Osborn signed last offseason with the Patriots but played in just seven games before being waived. He landed in Washington, where his struggles to earn playing time continued, likely setting him up to battle for a back-end roster spot this summer. Osborn is a long shot to place any higher than fourth on the depth chart at his position even if things go well for him during training camp and the preseason.
